The Speaker added a Judiciary Committee referral for the following:                                                             
                                                                                                                                
    HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 2                                                                                                
    Proposing amendments to the Constitution of the State of Alaska                                                             
    relating to an appropriation limit.                                                                                         
                                                                                                                                
HJR 2 was referred to the Judiciary Committee with further referrals                                                            
to the House Special Committee on Ways & Means and the Finance                                                                  
Committee.
