Full Journal pdf2023-05-13 House Journal Page 1093 HB 56 Representative Saddler moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 1079) on the following: HOUSE BILL NO. 56 "An Act exempting controlled substances prescribed or dispensed by a veterinarian to treat an animal from the requirements of the controlled substance prescription database." and SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 56(L&C) "An Act relating to the certification of veterinarians; exempting veterinarians from the requirements of the controlled substance prescription database; and providing for an effective date." (SCR 2 - title change resolution) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Saddler moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment and recommended that the members vote yes. 2023-05-13 House Journal Page 1094 The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment?" Representative Saddler moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The Chief Clerk notified the Senate. The bill was referred to the Chief Clerk for enrollment.
