The Speaker removed the Resources Committee referral and added a                                                                
Finance Committee referral for the following:                                                                                   
                                                                                                                                
    HOUSE BILL NO. 19                                                                                                           
    "An Act relating to the registration of commercial vessels; and                                                             
    providing for an effective date."                                                                                           
                                                                                                                                
HB 19 is in the House Special Committee on Fisheries with further                                                               
referral to the Finance Committee.
