Representative Saddler moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                                               
House consider the Senate message (page 3262) on the following:                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
     CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 273(L&C)                                                                                             
     "An Act relating to the power of the Alaska Housing Finance                                                                
     Corporation to make or purchase mortgage loans; and providing

     "An Act relating to commercial fishing loans; relating to                                                                  
     subsidiary corporations of the Alaska Housing Finance                                                                      
     Corporation; relating to the power of the Alaska Housing Finance                                                           
     Corporation to make or purchase mortgage loans; and providing
