Full Journal pdf2024-05-15 House Journal Page 3328 HB 273 Representative Saddler moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 3262) on the following: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 273(L&C) "An Act relating to the power of the Alaska Housing Finance Corporation to make or purchase mortgage loans; and providing for an effective date." and CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 273(L&C) am S "An Act relating to commercial fishing loans; relating to subsidiary corporations of the Alaska Housing Finance Corporation; relating to the power of the Alaska Housing Finance Corporation to make or purchase mortgage loans; and providing for an effective date." (SCR 36 - title change resolution) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Saddler moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment?" Representative Saddler moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. Representative Eastman objected. The question being: "Shall the effective date clause be adopted?"
