Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Eastman: Page 2, line 12, following the second occurrence of "cabin": Insert "(A)" Page 2, line 13: Delete "or" Insert "and" 2023-05-12 House Journal Page 1068 Page 2, following line 13: Insert a new subparagraph to read: "(B) is not within 10 miles of a road ordinarily usable by automobiles during the trapping season; or" Representative Eastman moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Representative Cronk objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 1 be adopted?" Representative Saddler moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 125(RES) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. There was objection. CSHB 125(RES) will advance to third reading on tomorrow's calendar.
