2023-04-14 House Journal Page 0724 HB 123 The following, which was advanced to third reading from the April 12 calendar (page 702), was read the third time: HOUSE BILL NO. 123 "An Act relating to an amendment to the articles of incorporation of a corporation organized under the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act; and providing for an effective date." The question being: "Shall HB 123 pass the House?" Representative Saddler moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. HB 123 was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment.
