NO. 30 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules                                                              
of the Alaska State Legislature, concerning House Bill No. 230,                                                                 
relating to teacher certificates for retired teachers; and repealing the                                                        
limit on the number of years of out-of-state school experience that                                                             
may be substituted for in-state experience in teacher salary scales, pass
