Representative Saddler moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                                               
following by the Senate Finance Committee be taken up as a Special

     SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 24                                                                                        
     Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of                                                             
     the Alaska State Legislature, concerning House Bill No. 155,                                                               
     establishing the Alaska Military Affairs Commission; and relating                                                          
     to the duties and powers of the Alaska Military Affairs                                                                    
     Commission.
