(SCR 32 - title change resolution) CONCUR IN SENATE AMENDMENTS HB 148 Representative Saddler moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Tomaszewski moved and asked unanimous consent to abstain from voting because of a conflict of interest. Objection was heard, and he was required to vote. Representative Saddler moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment and recommended that the members vote yes.
