SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 11 Suspending Rules                                                                            
24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State                                                                  
Legislature, concerning House Bill No. 26, relating to the official                                                             
languages of the State of Alaska; renaming the Alaska Native                                                                    
Language Preservation and Advisory Council as the Council for                                                                   
Alaska Native Languages; and relating to the Council for Alaska                                                                 
Native Languages, was before the Senate on final passage.                                                                       
                                                                                                                                
The question being: "Shall SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION                                                                         
NO. 11 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules                                                              
of the Alaska State Legislature, concerning House Bill No. 26, relating                                                         
to the official languages of the State of Alaska; renaming the Alaska                                                           
Native Language Preservation and Advisory Council as the Council                                                                
for Alaska Native Languages; and relating to the Council for Alaska
