    Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of                                                              
    the Alaska State Legislature, concerning House Bill No. 26,                                                                 
    relating to the official languages of the State of Alaska; renaming                                                         
    the Alaska Native Language Preservation and Advisory Council                                                                
    as the Council for Alaska Native Languages; and relating to the
