SENATE BILL NO. 204 "An Act relating to the issuance of                                                                         
certificates of fitness for plumbers and electricians; relating to fees for                                                     
certificates of fitness for plumbers and electricians; and providing for                                                        
an effective date" was read the third time.                                                                                     
                                                                                                                                
Senator Wielechowski moved and asked unanimous consent to abstain                                                               
from voting due to a conflict of interest. Objections were heard and                                                            
Senator Wielechowski was required to vote.                                                                                      
                                                                                                                                
The question being: "Shall SENATE BILL NO. 204 "An Act relating
