Representative Foster, Co-chair, moved and asked unanimous consent                                                              
that the following be discharged from the Finance Committee:                                                                    
                                                                                                                                
    SENATE BILL NO. 189                                                                                                         
    "An Act extending the termination date of the Alaska Commission                                                             
    on Aging; and providing for an effective date."
