adoption of the Community and Regional Affairs Committee                                                                        
Substitute offered on page 2219. Without objection, CS FOR                                                                      
SENATE BILL NO. 174(CRA) was adopted.                                                                                           
                                                                                                                                
President Stevens stated CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 174(CRA) will
