          "An Act relating to the practice of naturopathy;                                                                      
          establishing the Naturopathy Advisory Board;                                                                          
          relating to the licensure of naturopaths; relating to                                                                 
          disciplinary sanctions for naturopaths; relating to the                                                               
          Department of Commerce, Community, and                                                                                
          Economic Development; and providing for an
