The Speaker stated that, without objection, the following, which was                                                            
moved to the bottom of the calendar (page 3227), would be moved to                                                              
the bottom of the calendar again:

     "An Act relating to costs of and charges for textbooks and other                                                           
     course materials required for University of Alaska courses; and                                                            
     providing for an effective date."
