Representative Saddler moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                                               
Committee on Committees report be adopted.                                                                                      
                                                                                                                                
Representative Eastman moved and asked unanimous consent to                                                                     
amend the Committee on Committees report to remove the Judiciary                                                                
Committee change.                                                                                                               
                                                                                                                                
The Speaker ruled that the motion was not in order.
