A message dated September 10 was received stating the Governor read                                                             
the following resolution and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled                                                         
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                                                
                                                                                                                                
    HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 8                                                                                           
    Honoring United States military veterans exposed to Agent                                                                   
    Orange during the Vietnam War; and expressing gratitude for the                                                             
    courageous service of those veterans to the United States.                                                                  
                                                                                                                                
    Legislative Resolve No. 21
