    "An Act relating to eliminating vacant positions in the classified                                                          
    and partially exempt service of the state; and providing for an                                                             
    effective date."                                                                                                            
                                                                                                                                
HB 397 was removed from the Rules Committee and referred to the                                                                 
Finance Committee.
