A message dated August 30 was received stating the Governor                                                                     
allowed the following bill to become law without his signature and is                                                           
transmitting the engrossed and enrolled copies to the Lieutenant                                                                
Governor's office for permanent filing:                                                                                         
                                                                                                                                
    HOUSE BILL NO. 344 am S(efd add S)                                                                                          
    "An Act relating to medical assistance demonstration projects                                                               
    established by the Department of Health; and relating to medical                                                            
    assistance coverage for rehabilitative, mandatory, and optional                                                             
    services furnished or paid for by a school district on behalf of                                                            
    certain children; relating to the supplemental nutrition assistance
