Full Journal pdf2024-05-15 House Journal Page 3309 HB 344 Representative Saddler moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 3213) on the following: HOUSE BILL NO. 344 "An Act relating to medical assistance demonstration projects established by the Department of Health." 2024-05-15 House Journal Page 3310 and HOUSE BILL NO. 344 am S(efd add S) "An Act relating to medical assistance demonstration projects established by the Department of Health; and relating to medical assistance coverage for rehabilitative, mandatory, and optional services furnished or paid for by a school district on behalf of certain children; relating to the supplemental nutrition assistance program; and providing for an effective date." (SCR 27 - title change resolution) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Saddler moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment?"
