Representative Saddler moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                                               
House consider the Senate message (page 3212) on the following:                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
     CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 295(RES)                                                                                             
     "An Act authorizing the sale of hatchery-produced salmon to                                                                
     certain persons for the purpose of stocking lakes."                                                                        
                                                                                                                                
and                                                                                                                             
                                                                                                                                
     SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 295(RES)                                                                               
     "An Act authorizing the sale of hatchery-produced salmonids to                                                             
     certain persons for the purpose of stocking lakes."

There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                                                                    
                                                                                                                                
Representative Saddler moved that the House concur in the Senate                                                                
amendment and recommended that the members vote yes.
