A fiscal note packet and monetary terms of Collective Bargaining Agreements were attached. Signing the report: Senator Stedman, Chair, Senators Hoffman, Olson; Representative D. Johnson, Chair, Representatives Edgmon, Ortiz. Senator Giessel moved the Senate adopt the Conference Committee Report. The question being: "Shall the Senate adopt the Conference Committee Report?" Senator Giessel moved and asked unanimous consent the vote on the adoption of the Conference Committee Report be considered the vote on the effective date clause(s). Without objection, it was so ordered. The Secretary was requested to notify the House. The bill was referred to the Secretary for engrossment and enrollment.
