Representative McKay objected. Amendment No. 1 to Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Eastman: Page 1, line 10 of the amendment: Delete "concerns private land and the landowner" Insert "data from private land that the owner of the oil or gas resource" Representative Eastman moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 to Amendment No. 1 be adopted. There being no objection, Amendment No. 1 to Amendment No. 1 was adopted. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 1 as amended be adopted?" Representative Saddler moved and asked unanimous consent that HB 257 be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. Representative Saddler moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There was objection. The question being: "Shall the effective date clause be adopted?"
