Senator Tobin, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent Uniform                                                                 
Rule 23 be waived on HOUSE BILL NO. 230 am "An Act relating to                                                                  
teacher certificates for retired teachers; and repealing the limit on the                                                       
number of years of out-of-state school experience that may be                                                                   
substituted for in-state experience in teacher salary scales" for the                                                           
Education Committee meeting today. Without objection, it was so                                                                 
ordered.
