Representative Saddler moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                                               
House consider the Senate message (page 3261) on the following:                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
     CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 155(FIN) am                                                                                          
     "An Act establishing the Alaska Military Affairs Commission; and                                                           
     relating to the duties and powers of the Alaska Military Affairs

     SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 155(FIN)                                                                               
     "An Act establishing the Alaska Military Affairs Commission;

     Commission; relating to the Joint Armed Services Committee;                                                                
     relating to judge advocates; relating to military facility zones;                                                          
     relating to the appointment of an assistant adjutant general; and

There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                                                                    
                                                                                                                                
Representative Saddler moved that the House concur in the Senate
