CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 146(STA) "An Act relating to fireworks;                                                                   
repealing restrictions on the sale of fireworks; directing the                                                                  
Department of Public Safety to adopt fireworks regulations; and

Senator Bjorkman, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                                              
adoption of the Labor and Commerce Senate Committee Substitute                                                                  
offered on page 2570. Without objection, SENATE CS FOR CS FOR                                                                   
HOUSE BILL NO. 146(L&C) "An Act relating to fireworks; directing                                                                
the Department of Public Safety to adopt fireworks regulations; and                                                             
providing for an effective date" was adopted.
