A message dated August 24 was received stating the Governor signed                                                              
the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled copies                                                        
to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:

    "An Act relating to fireworks; directing the Department of Public                                                           
    Safety to adopt fireworks regulations; and providing for an
