Senator Giessel moved the Senate recede from its amendment(s) and recommended the body vote no. The question being: "Shall the Senate recede from its amendment(s)?" The roll was taken with the following result: SCS HB 120(FIN) am S Shall the Senate Recede from its Amendments to HB 120? YEAS: 6 NAYS: 14 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Bjorkman, Hughes, Kaufman, Myers, Shower, Wilson Nays: Bishop, Claman, Dunbar, Giessel, Gray-Jackson, Hoffman, Kawasaki, Kiehl, Merrick, Olson, Stedman, Stevens, Tobin, Wielechowski 2024-05-15 Senate Journal Page 2846 and so, the Senate failed to recede from its amendment(s). The Secretary was requested to notify the House.
