Representative Tomaszewski moved and asked unanimous consent                                                                    
that the House rescind previous action in adopting (page 3247):                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
     SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 120(FIN) am S                                                                                 
     "An Act relating to hunting, trapping, and fishing licenses for                                                            
     certain nonresident postsecondary students; relating to animal                                                             
     adoption and foster care records; and providing for an effective                                                           
     date."                                                                                                                     
                                                                                                                                
There being no objection, it was so ordered.

Senate amendment, and recommended that the members vote no.
