Amendment No. 2 was offered by Representative Carrick: Page 1, line 1, following "Act" (title amendment): Insert "relating to marijuana cultivation;" Page 2, following line 9: Insert a new bill section to read: "* Sec. 2 AS 17.38 is amended by adding a new section to read: Sec. 17.38.075. Marijuana inventory tracking at marijuana cultivation facilities. A marijuana cultivation facility shall assign a tracking number to each crop of marijuana plants when the height of one or more plants exceeds eight inches. The board may not require a marijuana cultivation facility to assign an individual tracking number to each plant propagated, grown, or cultivated on the marijuana cultivation facility's premises." Renumber the following bill sections accordingly. Representative Carrick moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 2 be adopted. Representative Sumner objected.
