Full Journal pdf2021-02-12 Senate Journal Page 0207 Senators Reinbold, Costello offered Amendment No. 2 : Page 1, following line 15: Insert new material to read: "WHEREAS the Senate supports that an individual or a parent or guardian of a minor child may object to the administration of a COVID-19 vaccine based on religious, medical, or other grounds, and that a person may not require an individual to provide justification or documentation to support the individual's decision to decline a COVID-19 vaccine or to decline a COVID-19 vaccine for a minor child; and" Senator Reinbold moved for the adoption of Amendment No. 2. Without objection Amendment No. 2 was adopted. SB 56 Senator Wielechowski moved and asked unanimous consent to discharge SENATE BILL NO. 56 from the Finance Committee. Objections were heard. The question being: "Shall SENATE BILL NO. 56 "An Act extending the January 15, 2021, governor's declaration of a public health disaster emergency in response to the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic; providing for a financing plan; making temporary changes to state law in response to the COVID-19 outbreak in the following areas: occupational and professional licensing, practice, and billing; telehealth; fingerprinting requirements for health care providers; charitable gaming and online ticket sales; access to federal stabilization funds; wills; unfair or deceptive trade practices; and meetings of shareholders; and providing for an effective date" be discharged from the Finance Committee?"
