Full Journal pdf2022-05-16 Senate Journal Page 2788 SCR 23 Senator Hughes moved and asked unanimous consent to take up SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 23 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, concerning House Bill No. 172, relating to crisis stabilization centers, crisis residential centers, and subacute mental health facilities; relating to representation by an attorney; relating to the administration of psychotropic medication in a crisis situation; relating to hospitalizations for mental health evaluation; relating to 2022-05-16 Senate Journal Page 2789 licensed facilities; and relating to a report to the legislature on psychiatric patients and patient rights. Without objection, the resolution was before the Senate on final passage. The question being: "Shall SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 23 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, concerning House Bill No. 172, relating to crisis stabilization centers, crisis residential centers, and subacute mental health facilities; relating to representation by an attorney; relating to the administration of psychotropic medication in a crisis situation; relating to hospitalizations for mental health evaluation; relating to licensed facilities; and relating to a report to the legislature on psychiatric patients and patient rights, pass the Senate?"
