The Resources Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 61 "An                                                                       
Act authorizing the commissioner of natural resources to modify a net                                                           
profit share lease" and recommended it be replaced with                                                                         
                                                                                                                                
                    CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 61(RES) "An Act                                                                     
             authorizing the commissioner of natural resources to                                                              
          modify a royalty or net profit share on a lease."
