The Judiciary Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 34 "An Act                                                                   
providing for the establishment of public schools through state-tribal                                                          
compacts" and recommended it be replaced with                                                                                   
                                                                                                                                
          CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 34(JUD) "An Act                                                                                
          relating to a demonstration state-tribal education                                                                    
          compact; relating to demonstration state-tribal                                                                       
          education compact schools; and providing for an
