The Finance Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 32 "An Act                                                                     
establishing the Alaska middle college program for public school                                                                
students; and relating to the powers of the University of Alaska" and                                                           
recommended it be replaced with                                                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
          CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 32(FIN) "An Act                                                                                
          establishing the Alaska middle college program for                                                                    
          public school students; relating to the powers of the                                                                 
          University of Alaska; and providing for an effective
