The Education Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 20 "An                                                                       
Act relating to recognition of certificates of out-of-state teachers" and                                                       
recommended it be replaced with                                                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
                    CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 20(EDC) "An Act                                                                     
            relating to teaching certificates for teachers holding                                                             
          out-of-state certificates."
