The Finance Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 101 "An Act                                                                    
extending the termination date of the Citizens' Advisory Commission                                                             
on Federal Management Areas in Alaska; and providing for an                                                                     
effective date" and recommended it be replaced with                                                                             
                                                                                                                                
          CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 101(FIN) "An Act                                                                               
          relating to the membership of the Citizens' Advisory                                                                  
          Commission on Federal Management Areas in                                                                             
          Alaska; extending the termination date of the                                                                         
          Citizens' Advisory Commission on Federal                                                                              
          Management Areas in Alaska; and providing for an
