an effective date" was read the second time.                                                                                    
                                                                                                                                
President Micciche stated SENATE BILL NO. 55 will advance to

SENATE BILL NO. 76 "An Act relating to vehicles abandoned on                                                                    
private property" was read the second time.                                                                                     
                                                                                                                                
Senator Hughes moved and asked unanimous consent the bill be                                                                    
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final
