Pursuant to adjournment the Senate was called to order by President                                                             
pro tempore Hughes at 10:33 a.m. The Senate was convened for the                                                                
purpose of a technical session.                                                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
Senator Costello, Acting Majority Leader, moved and asked                                                                       
unanimous consent the roll call of the Senate be waived. Without
