Speaker Stutes called the House to order and in accordance with                                                                 
Uniform Rule 51 turned the gavel over to President Micciche, who                                                                
called the Joint Session to order at 11:09 a.m.                                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
The purpose of the Joint Session was to hear an address by the                                                                  
Honorable Dan Sullivan, U.S. Senator.
