advanced practice registered nurses and physician assistants; and                                                               
relating to death certificates, do not resuscitate orders, and life                                                             
sustaining treatment" was read the second time.                                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
Senator Wilson, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                                                
adoption of the Health and Social Services Senate Committee                                                                     
Substitute offered on page 2561. Senator Begich objected, then                                                                  
withdrew his objection. There being no further objection, SENATE                                                                
CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 392(HSS) was adopted.                                                                              
                                                                                                                                
Senator Hughes moved and asked unanimous consent the bill be                                                                    
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final
