Council on Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault; extending the                                                                  
termination date of the Council on Domestic Violence and Sexual                                                                 
Assault; and providing for an effective date" was read the third time.                                                          
                                                                                                                                
Senator Bishop moved the bill be returned to second reading for the                                                             
purpose of a specific amendment, that being the Finance Senate                                                                  
Committee Substitute offered on page 2895. Objections were heard.
