Senator von Imhof offered Amendment No. 1 : Page 3, line 8, following: "Legislative Affairs Agency" insert: "and non-union positions in the Executive Branch" Senator von Imhof moved for the adoption of Amendment No. 1. Without objection, Amendment No. 1 was adopted. Senator Hughes moved and asked unanimous consent the bill be advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Senator Hughes moved and asked unanimous consent to abstain from voting due to a conflict of interest. Objections were heard and Senator Hughes was required to vote.
