Representative Tuck moved that the House concur in the Senate                                                                   
amendment and recommended that the members vote yes.

call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the                                                              
effective date clause.  There being no objection, it was so ordered.

     SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 31                                                                                        
     Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of                                                             
     the Alaska State Legislature, concerning House Bill No. 306,                                                               
     extending the termination date of the Board of Pharmacy.                                                                   
                                                                                                                                
There being no objection, it was so ordered.
