SB 69 Representative Fields added as a cross sponsor to: SENATE BILL NO. 69 am "An Act extending an exemption from regulation as a public utility for plants and facilities generating electricity entirely from renewable energy resources; and providing for an effective date." The Speaker stated that, without objection, the House would recess to a call of the chair; and so, the House recessed at 1:32 p.m. AFTER RECESS The Speaker called the House back to order at 8:08 p.m. Representative Tuck moved and asked unanimous consent that the House revert to messages from the Senate.
