Page 2, line 30: Delete "federal or" Page 3, line 2: Delete "federal or" Representative Eastman moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Representative Shaw objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 1 be adopted?" Representative Tuck moved and asked unanimous consent that SB 40 be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. There was objection. SB 40 will advance to third reading on tomorrow's calendar.
