(HCR 6 – title change resolution) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Eastman: Page 6, line 25, following "certification": Insert "or licensure" Representative Eastman moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Objection was heard and withdrawn. There being no further objection Amendment No. 1 was adopted. Amendment No. 2 was offered by Representative Eastman: Page 2, line 6, following "States": Insert ", or that is recognized by the United States, including a branch of the armed forces of the United States" Page 2, line 7, following "are": Insert "substantially " Representative Eastman moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 2 be adopted. There was objection. Representative Fields moved and asked unanimous consent to divide the question. Representative Fields moved and asked unanimous consent to withdraw the motion to divide the question and withdrew his objection. Representative Claman moved and asked unanimous consent that HCS SB 21(L&C) am H be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. There being no objection, it was so ordered. HCS SB 21(L&C) am H was read the third time. The question being: "Shall HCS SB 21(L&C) am H pass the House?"
