The following, which was advanced to third reading from the May 18                                                              
calendar (page 1155), was read the third time:                                                                                  
    CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 19(FIN)                                                                                              
    "An Act relating to allocations for the special education service                                                           
    agency; extending the special education service agency; and                                                                 
    providing for an effective date."                                                                                           
The question being:  "Shall CSSB 19(FIN) pass the House?"  The roll

CSSB 19(FIN) was signed by the Speaker and Chief Clerk, and                                                                     
returned to the Senate.
