Amendment No. 6 was offered by Representative Kaufman: Page 2, line 22: Insert "WHEREAS other ports in Alaska need significant investment to improve, expand, and thereby provide increased resilience to the state; and" Renumber accordingly. Representative Kaufman moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 6 be adopted. There being no objection, Amendment No. 6 was adopted. Amendment No. 7 was offered by Representative Kaufman: Page 2, line 18, following "Alaska" Insert "in Anchorage" Page 2, line 20, following "Alaska" Insert "in Anchorage" Representative Kaufman moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 7 be adopted.
